161A cast iron fireback decorated with St George and the dragon panel. (28in x 21.75in) - This is a heavy cast iron panel moulded with crest of dragons and shells above a lion mask with vine frieze flanking the central raised panel. There is St George on horseback holding a spear. It is quite a clean piece, recently painted. : £80-120

166A 'gaudy welsh' Victorian part teaset. (A lot) - : £40-60
167A pair of late nineteenth century 'Art Pottery' jardinieres on stands. (4) (15.5in) - These are in Royal Crown Derby colours and are transfer printed "Art Pottery Company England" in brick red with a crown underneath both pieces. The waisted stands are 6.5in high with circular platforms above moulded plinths. The jardinieres are of bulbous form with gilt bearded mask handles and petal shaped flared reeded rims - almost like shells. All pieces are decorated in the traditional Crown Derby colours in brick-red, blue and gilt. One of the petals has been broken off and glued on and the point of one of the handles is missing. The gilding on all the pieces is a bit rubbed. Good clean handsome late Victorian large jardinieres. : £80-120
168A nineteenth century majolica corn ashet; and two Portuguese green fruit and leaf moulded plates. (3) - The Majolica platter is not marked but has been restored to the verso and also has a hairline crack. It is certainly nineteenth century and is a decorative moulded item with a basket and leaves, with corn. It has been restored well. The break isn't noticeable from the front. It is 12in diameter. The two smaller plates are also perfect and are 7.75in diameter. : £20-30
169A grey metal four drawer filing cabinet with brass loop handles. - : £10-20
170A large deco style emerald and diamond ring in 18k white gold. - This large rectangular ring is set with a central oval faceted emerald, with smaller round emeralds above and below. It has two rectangular channelled borders of brilliant cut round diamonds, with four additional channels of square cut emeralds to each corner radiating in towards the centre. An interesting decorative large ring. : £400-600
171A relief moulded basket weave fruit jug; and a sgraffito basket vase. (2) - The basket vase almost looks like studio pottery. It has scalloped rim and arched handle. It is decorated with a sgraffito frieze, pink flowers and green leaves above geometric triangle band above a waved foot supported on a moulded oval base. It is hand decorated, and has incised Shorter & Sons Stoke on Trent marks, with a signature Menould, or could be Menouza? It has a hairline down one side. The other jug is in brown glaze of basket-weave moulded form with applied fruit decorated in polychrome on both sides of the pot. It has an applied naturalistic handle and a shaped spout. Apart from overall crazing, it is perfect, with printed Shorter marks. : £40-60

173A pair of nineteenth century French spelter figurines by Bouret. (18in) (2) - These are 'bronzed' in colour. One depicts a lady standing beside a harp, the harp being on a plinth. It is cast with the name Bouret. The lady is standing in flowing robes on a circular plinth mounted onto an ebonised socle. The other lady is musing with a book beside her cloth covered table and is also after Bouret, mounted on a similar ebonised plinth. She is standing looking at her book in similar flowing robes. : £100-150
174An Edwardian mahogany wardrobe later converted to display cabinet. (64in x 21.5in x 82.5in) - This has been a combination wardrobe circa 1900. It has a panel back and is overall inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing. The front panels have been removed at some stage and later glazed and put back. It is raised on bracket feet, and is generally overall scuffed. The solid mahogany panel back comes complete with glass shelves. It has been used for display purposes. The colour and condition is generally good, and it divides into four pieces. : £200-300

177A large domed pave diamond and emerald ring in 9k yellow gold. - This large domed ring is pave set with allover emeralds and diamonds in a wide setting tapering to a thick gold band. The emeralds are of good green colour. : £150-250
178A George IV mahogany side table. (35.25 x 19in x 28.5in) - This has been severely 'restored' by someone historically, as the patination has all been scraped off and it has been refinished. The top is marked and the frieze has bits of veneer missing. The top has rounded shallow frieze. It is supported on a baluster turned column with platform waisted base raised on turned bun feet. The veneers on the waisted base seem perfect, but it has completely lost its patina and has no colour. : £60-80

181A pair of art nouveau oak elbow chairs. (2) - These have back rails carved with stylised tendril foliage with oval panels. They have studded upholstered padded backs with shaped arms supported on barleytwist columns. They have drop-in upholstered seats in plain rails supported on barley twist column legs joined by rectangular stretchers with turned feet. They are in the original treacle brown finish and are reasonably sound. The backs of the chairs are also upholstered with studding. : £40-60

183A pair of large natural emerald sapphires in diamond mounts. (2) - These two emerald cut large sapphires are well matched and of good blue colour. They are set in mounts surrounded by small round brilliant cut diamonds in 18k white gold. They have sturdy safety backs to the gold posts. : £600-800
184A modern freestanding beech doored cupboard with inerior shelves, having loop handles. - : £20-30
185A large Gund signature collection bear called Bear Necessity. - The animal with baby measures 31in tall. Both have black velveteen noses and ivory coloured leather pads. Also has a cloth label to the seam saying Gund 1st edition, numbered 439/500. : £40-60
186A green painted Gothic style wrought iron garden bench. (42in) - This garden bench has two Gothic panels above the slatted seat, with shaped arms raised on slatted legs, joined by rectangular stretchers with pad feet. It looks as if it has had some repairs in its day. : £80-120

189Six bears by Maryke of Hartlepool. (6) - The largest is a limited edition (1/4) named Portland with black button eyes and shaved and brown stitched snout and sewn felt pads. It has the original label as well as the green label. It is 19in long. All the other Maryke bears have green labels on the seams. The others are a 12.5in plush bear with brown felt pads, a pale fawn bear with large feet, a pink bear with stitched nose, a black bear wearing knitted dungarees and a maroon bear with orange bow. : £40-60
190A Victorian mahogany turnover top tea table. (37in x 18.25in x 29.75in) - This has a twin flap top above a shaped apron with mahogany flame veneers supported on tapering legs. A good nineteenth century turnover top table. The interior is a lovely colour, but the top is a bit faded. The table revolves around a well and is a good solid untouched original honest piece. : £200-300
191A reproduction hardwood refectory table. (36.25in x 72.25in x 30in) - This is a reproduction table with a heavy cleated top. The top is inset with various square blocks to strengthen it. It could be made out of recycled wood. It is supported on a grey painted base with two square moulded columns at either end on splayed sledge supports joined by a plain rectangular stretcher. It is a sturdy table and the top lifts off the base and fits into the panelled ends, with sliding wedges, a good chunky piece of furniture. : £200-300

194A Regency style mahogany childs armchair; a Victorian style balloon back; and a childs Queen Anne style chair. (3) - The Regency style chair is a pretty old chair with the shaped back above carved joining rail with downswept channel arms having scrolled terminals. It has a butterfly material unholstered seat supported on channelled rails with turned and carved tapering legs. The back is 18in high and it has webbing to underside of seat. The next childs chair is larger the back being 28in high made out of pale wood. It almost has a balloon back with scrolled carving and channelled arms in floral tapestry on fluted turned tapering legs. It has floral upholstered panels on chair. The button upholstered Queen Anne style chair has studded arms with loose cushion seat raised on stub cabriole legs. It is a quality chair with slight fading to the pink floral upholstery material. : £40-60

199A Victorian rosewood barometer by W Tritschler & Co of Carlisle. (37.5in) - This barometer has been restored relatively recently. It has a shaped rosewood frame with a later swan-neck pediment flaking a turned brass finial. The thermometer dial look as if it has been replaced, and the whole case has been stickily varnished. The silvered large circular dial is under glass with a brass bezel, and has an image of what looks like the Great Exhibition buildings to the centre. The circular bottom levelling dial has the makers name. The end has applied quarter round bead decoration. A decorative barometer. : £200-300
200An art deco formerly extending oak dining table. (61.75in x 35.75in x 28in) - An art deco oak dining table, the rectangular top cross and moulded ends drawing to take leaves (the leaves absent), supported on rounded stylised columns and platforms, with splayed legs joined by rectangular platform stretcher.It has unusual confirmation of the base, quite stylish, and a good top. A good piece of art deco. : £80-120
201A Victorian gilt bronze, Hercules. (18.5in) - This has been completely gilded and has later varnish, so is not in the best of condition. the shoulder looks as if it has a crack, as does the leg. There are no casters or foundry marks evident. Some of the later gilded decoration to the body is flaking. : £500-700
202Three square composition stone planters. (3) (12.5in) - These are moulded almost as if they are logs built up, and are 12.5in square. They come complete with trees! : £60-80

207A Victorian mahogany dining table. (48.5in x 53in x 28.75in) - This has an unusual oval top with rounded frieze supported on bulbous turned tapering legs with original cappings and pot casters. This shows signs that it was telescopic at some stage, but is of good general colour, and is a substantial table with beads on the longer sides covering the joins where possibly at one stage it expanded. A good solid piece of Victorian mahogany. : £300-500
208A plaster figurine modelled as an Arab. (16.5in) - A plaster figurine modelled as an Arab with skin water bottle, the turbaned bearded figure standing on naturalistic ground above a gothic moulded plinth base - impressed numbers, chips to hand and foot. (16.5in) : £80-120

212A Royal Albert pink floral teaset. (A lot) - This is a pretty teaset decorated with polychrome floral sprigs in a rococo design with pink floral panels. The pattern is called Lady Carlyle and it has the printed Royal Albert Bone China marks. There is a bit of rubbing to the gilding, but otherwise it appears to be perfect. There are two teapots, a hot water jug, two milk jugs, sucrier, eight cups, eight saucers, seven side plates, four sandwich plates, and one large oval scalloped bread plate. : £30-40

It looks as if it is in the original frame. It is titled in felt pen to the backboard 'Basket of Lemons' lithograph, Mary Fedden. The frame is flaking and grubby, but the print looks clean. : £300-400

(8.75in x 4.5in x 6.5in) - A shagreen box of domed form, having brass mounts and bone borders, the lid mounted with blue Wedgwood plaque, the interior with cranked hinges. (8.75in x 4.5in x 6.5in) cving brass mounts and bone borders, the lid mounted with blue Wedgwood plaque, the interior with cranked hinges. (8.75in x 4.5in x 6.5in) This is a very fine quality box but obviously from Aspreys or something as has no age. The interior looks very clean with brass mounts on cranked hinges. It has no apparent makers name. The condition is suberb and it came from a quality house that we cleared. There are no damage repairs or restorations. The top circular Wedgwood style panel is grubby but that is all. A lovely clean box. : £300-500

221A Victorian mahogany chaise longue. (76in) - This has been re-upholstered. It has a padded back and side with a support having scroll carved panel and floral medallion. The rectangular rounded sprung seat is on a reeded rail raised on turned legs with brass cappings and casters. A good chaise, although the upholstery is a little bit 'tired.' It comes complete with a bolster cushion. : £200-300

223Twenty seven glass barometer tubes; together with a quantity of mercury. (A lot) - The majority of these are filled with mercury and are intact. There are only four that appear to be broken. They come complete with three new 500ml packs of mercury and a filling tube with syringe and pump, etc. A good mixed lot ready for a barometer restorer. : £100-150
